ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be our go-to person for keeping stock flowing and the team set up for great customer service. It’s a hands-on, all-rounder role where you’ll mix customer support, product know-how, merchandising, and stock control -making sure our trade and retail customers can get what they need, when they need it.

If you’ve worked in administration, accounts payable/receivable, hardware, or the building industry, that’s a bonus but what matters most is that you’re organised, detail oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Looking after customers, including orders, quotes, and general enquiries
  • Following our processes to help reduce out-of-stocks and over-stocks in the branch
  • Supporting the Purchasing and Marketing teams with planning and rolling out promotions
  • Building your product knowledge through regular training with market-leading brands

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right
  • Confident with computers and software
  • Great organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A genuine commitment to safety and living our company values
  • Physical fitness and comfort manually handling goods
  • Current driver licence
