ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and flexible all-rounder to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll work across all retail and trade areas of our store to provide assistance, advice and exemplary customer service. If you have the passion, we’ll provide all the product knowledge & training on the job!

As we trade on a Saturday morning this role may also require weekend work on a rostered basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Extensive customer service including point of sale
Eager to learn and grow your skills
Work between the retail and trade areas of the store
Monitor stock levels to ensure supply and demand needs are met
Have a commitment to ongoing job security
Undertake regular product training with reputable brands

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy
High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors
Forklift licence (LF) Essential
