ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for motivated and flexible people to join our Mareeba team. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll work across all areas of our store to provide assistance, advice and exemplary customer service. If you have the passion, we’ll provide all the product knowledge & training on the job.
As we are a seven-day trading store this role may also require weekend work on a rostered basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Extensive customer service
- Undertake regular product training with market leading brands
- Have a commitment to fulfilling rostered shifts
- Provide assistance where required across the store
- Learn in a fast-paced learning environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Passion for all things customer service
- Love of learning
- Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy
- High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors
- Forklift Licence (LF) Advantageous
