ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our Sales, Quotes & Orders team at Tableland Hardware in Atherton. You’ll help customers with quotes, pricing and orders, while keeping communication clear and service levels high.

If you have experience in building, hardware or manufacturing and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

In this busy, hands-on role, you’ll:

• Process customer orders and quotes by phone and email
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotes
• Follow up customers and convert quotes into orders
• Keep customers updated on their orders
• Check invoices and order details for accuracy
• Monitor stock and support customer needs
• Take part in regular product training

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience in quoting, ordering, estimating or similar
• Ability to read building plans
• Knowledge of building materials
• Strong communication and computer skills
• A focus on safety and customer service
• A willingness to learn new systems
• A current car licence
