ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team’s growing! We are seeking a motivated and customer centric Showroom Consultant to join the team at our Bathroom & Kitchen Centre. In this customer focused role, you will assist both trade and retail customers to make every experience memorable and positive as they bring their dream bathrooms and kitchen to life.

Full product training will be provided to assist you with providing design advice, assisting customers with product selection, sales enquiries and building positive working relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail oriented and technically savvy individual with prior sales experience.

• Work with customers to design their dream bathrooms & kitchens
• Processing customer orders & quotes by phone and email with exacting accuracy
• Following up with builders to convert quotes to orders
• Actively promote our products and services utilising exceptional product knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer experiences using positive attitude and language, confidence, and attentiveness to the customer’s needs
• High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors
• Have a commitment to ongoing job security

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Passionate about making a difference, highly personable, engaging and supportive
• Service excellence in a showroom environment
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Computer literate and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods
