ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail focused Sales & Quotes Team Member to join our Roofing Centre. This role is the key link between our customers, sales team and production team ensuring accurate, timely quotes and a smooth handover from enquiry to order.

If you enjoy working with builders, roofers and internal stakeholders, and take pride in getting the details right, this is a great opportunity to build a long term career in a growing manufacturing and trade environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Prepare accurate and timely roofing quotes in line with customer requirements and pricing guidelines 
  • Liaise with builders, roofers and internal sales teams to clarify scopes, specifications and timeframes 
  • Convert quotes to sales orders and ensure smooth handover to production and delivery teams 
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service and follow up 
  • Ensure pricing integrity, system accuracy and compliance with internal processes 
  • Support the wider sales and manufacturing teams to meet service, safety and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience in sales support, quoting, estimating or internal sales (building, roofing or manufacturing highly regarded) 
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with pricing, measurements and specifications 
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach 
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast paced environment 
  • Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office (Excel experience advantageous) 
  • A team focused mindset with a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
