ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an committed and motivated person to join our Sales Quotes & Orders team at our Roofing Manufacturing Centre. This role brings together all things Roofing to be a pivotal link between our customers and custom roofing products to service our local trade and customer.
You will get the opportunity for ongoing training and development to expand your knowledge, skills and career path within Cairns Hardware.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Processing of customer orders & quotes by phone and email
- Following up on quotes for production
- Monitoring orders and communicating production timelines with customers
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy at all times
- Undertake regular product training with market leading brands
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience in a Quoting & Ordering role or similar
- Knowledge or previous experience in roofing materials is advantageous
- High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors
- Focus on identifying and assessing customer High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Manual Vehicle Licence
