ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Outdoor Living Centre team and play a key role in helping customers bring their outdoor projects to life. As part of our Quotes & Orders team, you will work closely with trade and retail customers, preparing accurate quotes and sales orders for fencing, pool fencing, and decking solutions.

Experience in fencing, hardware, or the building industry is an advantage, but not essential. If you're customer-focused, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Preparing & processing of customer orders & quotes by phone and email
  • Following up with customers to convert quotes to orders
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure supply and demand needs are met
  • Undertake regular product training with market leading brands
  • High awareness of site safety and duty of care for your team, staff and site visitors

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience in a Quoting & Ordering role or business administration
  • Knowledge and previous experience in fencing materials and associated products – Advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an enjoyment of working with people
  • High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with high level of accuracy 
  • Manual Vehicle Licence
